Charlie R. Robertson, CPA, CA
Assurance and Advisory
Charlie is a Principal on the RGH audit and assurance team.
Once a small business owner himself, Charlie brings with him a wealth of experience and the wide range of knowledge he acquired over the years as being in the public accountancy profession. This experience uniquely qualifies Charlie to provide meaningful and transparent advice for small and medium-sized businesses.
Charlie is a solutions-minded who works with his clients, no matter what the task, to get the job done in an efficient and timely manner. He loves to go above and beyond the call of duty.
From St. Peters, Cape Breton, Charlie can be found hunting in the great outdoors or enjoying time with his wife, Sarah, and two kids, Nevaeh and Braxton.
Craig Green, CPA, CA
Craig specializes in business advisory services and knows how to get clients to where they want to be in business.
Craig began practicing with Colin Carroll back in 2004 where he concentrated his efforts in the area of “small businesses”. Building in-depth experience over the years has given him a wide range of knowledge in all aspects of business.
Craig has a unique ability to break down complex matters in areas of tax planning and compliance, financial management and business advisory services and relay them to his clients in ways they fully understand.
From Pictou County Nova Scotia, Craig enjoys volunteering and spending time with his wife and two kids, Anna, Nathan and Taylor.
Tyler Green, BBA
Tyler, a native of Pictou County, is a graduate of the University of New Brunswick with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He has been with the firm since 2006; specializing in tax. Previously, Tyler worked in several multinational companies where he gained valuable experience in supply chain management.
Tyler enjoys hockey and is an all-round sports enthusiast. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Angela, and kids, Jenna and Riley.
Shuheng worked at a wholesale company in Quebec and gained valuable experience. By working with small and medium-sized companies, Shuheng is able to understand client needs better and provide effective solution for their businesses.
Shuheng is a graduate of the Cape Breton University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting major and has Master degree in Finance from the Saint Mary’s University. Shuheng enjoys swimming and she is working on CPA designation.
Jared Gray, CPA
Jared has a keen service orientation and works hard to form partnerships with his clients to provide timely solutions to manage and grow their business. Jared has an entrepreneurial spirit and is passionate about helping small business owners.
Jared has worked at public accounting firms in Ontario and Nova Scotia and has experience as a financial analyst. Jared is also very involved in the Dartmouth community, volunteering as a past Finance Director for a local not-for-profit organization.
Jared is a graduate of St. Francis Xavier University and the University of Toronto. In his free time, Jared loves to play hockey, golf, and spend time with friends and his dog, Ben.
Joelle Dollard, CPA, CA
Originally from Newfoundland, Joelle came to Nova Scotia to attend Mount Saint Vincent University where she graduated in 1997 with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Co-operative Education Option.
Joelle obtained her CPA designation in 2000. She has over 25 years of experience in public practice dealing in a vast array of industries, including both business and not-for-profit sectors.
Joelle joined RGH in January 2023 as a Senior Manager.
Joelle is a devoted mother of three children, Amelia, Curtis and Meredith, an avid animal lover and a long time Coronation Street fan. She spends most of her free time with her husband, Troy, running around to the various sporting events and theatrical performances that their children are involved in.
Mhairi is responsible for system and data base administration, payroll, invoices, accounts receivables, new hire on boarding, accounts receivables, office administration, lead in dealing with service providers, working with vendors and internal tech support to staff.
Mhairi is the jack of all trades when it comes to helping others inside and outside of the organization.
Mhairi was with the Nova Scotia Barristers Society (regulatory body for the legal profession) for almost 15 years – worked in both the trust account audit department as well as the professional responsibility / discipline department; and Ford Credit Canada Finance for 12 years prior to that in customer service, inventory audits, collections and reporting.
Outside of work, Mhairi likes spending time with her family, her husband, and their 3 kids and 2 cats and new labrador puppy. She also likes to attend cheerleading practices and competitions with her daughter, plus she owns her own small business (PWG Candle Bliss) making and selling homemade soy wax candles.
Administrative Assistant; Receptionist
Joanne is an Administrative Assistant and front desk receptionist on the team at RGH Chartered Professional Accountants. Being herself a small business owner, Joanne understands the importance of offering top level customer service to clients and customers and being a good team player by assisting co-workers whenever required.
Joanne was born and raised in southern Ontario approximately 40 minutes east of Toronto and moved to Nova Scotia with her pet Goldendoodle, Morgan, in the Fall of 2022. Joanne can often be found in the kitchen cooking up new recipes, walking with her dog on the local trails, watching HGTV renovation shows or getting her hands dirty in the flower or vegetable garden. Joanne has three grown children, Rebecca, Spencer and Matthew.
Bita has been working in the accounting industry where she enjoys helping many small business owners with their accounting needs.
Recently she passed her CPA exam (CFE) and is workig to get her experience report done to officially become a CPA.
Bita loves shopping and spend time with her family in her free time.
