Charlie is a Principal on the RGH audit and assurance team.
Once a small business owner himself, Charlie brings with him a wealth of experience and the wide range of knowledge he acquired over the years being in the public accountancy profession. This experience uniquely qualifies Charlie to provide meaningful and transparent advice for small and medium-sized businesses.
​
Charlie is a solutions-minded asset who works with his clients, no matter what the task, to get the job done in an efficient and timely manner. Charlie loves to go above and beyond the call of duty.

From St. Peters, Cape Breton, Charlie can be found hunting in the great outdoors or enjoying time with his wife Sarah and two kids Nevaeh and Braxton.​

Craig Green, CPA, CA
Business Consultancy

Craig is a Principal specializing in business advisory services who knows how to get clients to where they want to be in business.
Craig began practicing with Colin Carroll back in 2004 where he concentrated his efforts in the area of small business. Building in-depth experience over the years has given Craig a wide range of knowledge in all aspects of business.
​
Craig has a unique ability to break down complex matters in areas of tax planning and compliance, financial management and business advisory services and relay them to his clients in ways they fully understand.
​
From Pictou County, Nova Scotia, Craig enjoys volunteering and spending time with his wife Anna and two kids Nathan and Taylor.​

Tyler Green, BBA
Accounting Technician

Tyler, a native of Pictou County, is a graduate of the University of New Brunswick with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Tyler has been with the firm since 2006; specializing in tax. Previously, Tyler worked in several multinational companies where he gained valuable experience in supply chain management.
​
Tyler enjoys hockey and is an all-round sports enthusiast. He enjoys spending time with his wife Angela and two kids Jenna and Riley.​

Jared Gray, CPA
Manager
​
Jared has a keen service orientation and works hard to form partnerships with his clients to provide timely solutions to manage and grow their business. Jared has an entrepreneurial spirit and is passionate about helping small business owners.
Jared has worked at public accounting firms in Ontario and Nova Scotia and has experience as a financial analyst. Jared is also very involved in the Dartmouth community, volunteering as a past Finance Director for a local not-for-profit organization.
Jared is a graduate of St. Francis Xavier University and the University of Toronto. In his free time, Jared loves to play hockey, golf, and spend time with friends and his dog, Ben.

Joelle Dollard, CPA, CA
Senior Manager

Originally from Newfoundland, Joelle came to Nova Scotia to attend Mount Saint Vincent University where she graduated in 1997 with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Co-operative Education Option.
Joelle obtained her CPA designation in 2000 and has over 25 years of experience in public practice dealing in a vast array of industries, including both business and not-for-profit sectors.
Joelle joined RGH in January, 2023 as a Senior Manager.
Joelle is a devoted mother of three children, Amelia, Curtis and Meredith, an avid animal lover and a long time Coronation Street fan. She spends most of her free time with her husband, Troy, running around to various sporting events and theatrical performances that their children are involved in.

​Joanne Richardson
Administrative Manager

Joanne is the Administrative Manager at RGH and has been a part of the team since February, 2023. With a background as a small business owner, Joanne brings a strong understanding of exceptional customer service and a collaborative team spirit to her role at RGH.
​
Originally from southern Ontario - just east of Toronto- Joanne relocated to Nova Scotia in the Fall of 2022, with her beloved Goldendoodle, Morgan. Outside of the office, Joanne enjoys experimenting with new recipes, exploring local trails with her dog, watching true crime shows, and tending to her flower and vegetable gardens.
Joanne is the proud mother of three adult children: Rebecca, Spencer and Matthew.

Nicole Ashley
Administrative Assistant
Nicole was born and raised in Halifax NS until her early 20's, when she moved to East Hants, where she currently calls home and lives with her husband Charles, daughter Lauren, several cats, and dog, Taco the Chihuahua.
Nicole loves spending her spare time with her family and friends. She can often be found in her craft room, listening to Taylor Swift with her daughter, or planning her next big trip, as she loves traveling and take Caribbean cruises. Nicole also has a special love for all things Harry Potter & Disney.
During the summer, Nicole is often found hanging outside, taking drives with Lauren on their electric scooters or heading to the ballfield to watch her niece and nephews play softball. During the fall and winter months you can often find Nicole and her family at the Scotiabank Center cheering on the Halifax Mooseheads.

Shaun Fitzgerald, CPA
Associate Accountant
Shaun, a native of Cole Harbour, is a graduate of Dalhousie University with a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Economics and Computer Science. After nearly a twenty-year career in retail management, across a variety of roles, Shaun decided to pursue a career change and has spent the last four years working towards his accounting designation.
With his background and experience, Shaun brings a unique perspective to the role, and can provide real value and insight to clients.
Shaun enjoys spending time with his wife Stephanie and two boys, Owen and Eli. Shaun also enjoys listening to and playing music, cheering on his favourite sports teams (Go Birds!) and walking the family dog, Rosie.

Jashandeep Talwar
Accounting Technician
Jashandeep moved to Canada in 2022 as an international student and graduated with an Advanced Diploma in Accounting from Centennial College, Toronto in August, 2023.
Jashandeep has a strong foundation of accounting principals, tax compliance and the effective use of accounting software and has gained valuable experience through his various accounting internships. These experiences have assisted Jashandeep in his current roll including his problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and excellent client management skills.
Jashandeep enjoys watching cricket, listening to music and playing soccer while pursuing his passion for collecting Hot Wheels cars.

Olivia MacDonald
Staff Accountant
Olivia MacDonald is a 2023 graduate of Acadia University, where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Accounting. Currently pursuing her CPA designation, Olivia is committed to helping small businesses and individual clients succeed by continuously expanding her expertise in financial reporting, tax planning and preparation, and assurance services.

A proud Nova Scotia native, Olivia is deeply passionate about supporting local enterprises and giving back to her community. Her approach to accounting is grounded in three core values: community engagement, lifelong learning, and a client-first mindset.
​
Based in Halifax, Olivia shares her life with her partner, Isaac, and their beloved dog, Cooper. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the city, indulging in eerie films and series, and planning their next travel adventure. When she’s not working or wandering, you’ll likely find her browsing local shops or catching up on reality TV.

Kate Kovbasko
Staff Accountant
Originally from Ukraine, along with professional experience gained in Poland, Kate has been building a career in bookkeeping environment in Canada for the past three years.
Currently pursuing the CPA designation, she joined RGH in December 2025 to further develop expertise in accounting.
Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending time outdoors - whether paddleboarding on lakes and ocean, snorkeling to explore beneath the surface, or mushroom hunting in the forest. These activities reflect a spirit of curiosity and exploration that carries into both personal and professional life.
